What if today we talked about inspiration in terms of wedding decoration? And question inspiration, if there's one thing that all brides (or almost) have in common, it's their addiction to Pinterest, this huge database of images where it's so easy to spend hours finding the best decorating ideas!
Pinterest is an interesting tool, whether for us wedding providers, and mainly for Wedding Planners and Wedding Designers, but also for you, bride and groom, when inspiration is struggling to arrive and you're not sure how orient your wedding with regard to decoration. In this case, it is possible to sift through Pinterest to find images, wedding decorations that inspire you and that resemble you. Be careful, however, not to stray, if you are rather in sustainable development, ecology and everything related to the protection of the planet and the environment, it would be weird and contrary to your values to imagine a decoration with an opulence of cut flowers, and ask for peonies that will come from the other side of the world for your wedding in September!
Personally, I use Pinterest to create your MoodBoard (also called an inspiration board), to make proposals to you, to give you an overview of this or that idea in a summary document of the design of your decoration. However, it's about offering you content so you can get a clearer idea of your decoration, and by no means an exact copy/paste. Once the MoodBoard has been validated, your suppliers specializing in decoration, flowers and stationery will be able to make proposals, sketches and models to make your wedding decoration unique and look like you!
Because let's not forget, your wedding is an exceptional day, and if you've been working on this beautiful day for a few months now, it's good for everything to be perfect and in your image! On this day, you will have your family and friends, those people who know you and who will be happy to share this moment with you. So be you, from the choice of your menu to that of your wedding dress through the decoration, get inspired on Pinterest, on wedding blogs, during your friends' weddings if you like a detail, ask your providers if they have any ideas , but the most important thing is to adapt it to your personalities to make this beautiful day a unique wedding, in your image!
